Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us—while we hope you love everything, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We will accept a return / exchange for items that are in new condition with garment tags still attached. Items cannot be washed, worn, or altered. We can only accept items purchased directly online at southernmarsh.com. If items were purchased from one of our Southern Marsh stores or third-party retailers (Amazon or specialty retail stores), please contact the store/retailer for assistance.

Exchanges are free and easy.

Item(s) must be shipped back within 90-days of purchase date. Exchanges can be made for the same style in a different color and/or size (of equal price) or for online store credit. Please complete the online form to get your complimentary shipping label & additional instructions. Once items are received, we then process your exchange order. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive & process your item(s).

Please Note: If you need assistance or your exchange item expedited, please contact our Customer Service Team via our online chat or by calling 1 (888) 980-2774 (Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM CST).

Returns must be shipped back within 90-days of purchase date, unless otherwise noted below. Please complete the online form to get your return shipping label. A charge of $9.50 will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. 

Sale Items must be shipped back within 30-days of purchase date. Sale items marked with "FINAL SALE" or "ALL SALES FINAL" during the time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund, however you may still qualify for an exchange.

Collegiate Embroidered Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damaged / Defective Items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and cannot be a result of washing. Please email us at returns@southernmarsh.com with your order number and photo(s) of the damage.
